The Dubin Center is a dedicated Alzheimer’s and dementia resource center serving Southwest Florida since 1995. We provide education, support groups, and safe socialization opportunities to empower family caregivers and those living with dementia. Our services are offered at no charge, ensuring that no one has to navigate this journey alone.

As part of our commitment to connecting families with essential resources, The Dubin Center also provides Care Navigation services for the GUIDE program, helping caregivers access the support they need.
